河南省手足口病患儿家庭经济负担调查

摘　　要：目的了解2011年河南省手足口病流行期间患者的家庭经济负担情况。方法 2011年河南省手足口病流行期间,在市、县两级医疗机构随机选择手足口病门诊病例、住院病例,采用问卷调查、医院收费系统查询及随访相结合的方法,收集患者就医的直接及间接费用。结果共调查手足口病病例470例。门诊病例人均花费426.72元,轻症住院病例人均花费2 833.87元,重症住院病例人均花费9 196.10元,危重症住院病例人均花费34 543.55元。结论手足口病重症和危重症住院病例给河南省居民带来的经济负担十分沉重,尤其是可能直接导致农村家庭因病致贫或因病返贫。对此,一方面应继续加强手足口病的预防控制工作力度;另一方面应提高医疗社会保障的服务范围和水平,以达到减轻手足口病社会和家庭经济负担的目的。Objective To estimate the family economic burden of hand -foot and mouth disease （HFMD） in Henan. Methods During the HFMD epidemics in 2011, collecting the data on the direct and indirect economic cost of randomly selected HFMD outpatients and inpatients by using face to face questionnaire survey, checking hospital fees system and follow - up. Results In total ,470 cases were surveyed. The average cost of the outpatients was 426.72 yuan, the average cost of the mild inpatients was 2833.87 yuan ,the average cost of the severe inpatients was 9196.10 yuan and the average cost of the critical inpatients was 34543.55 yuan. Conclusion The economic burden of severe and critical HFMD cases is very heavy in Henan Province, becoming the directly reason of poverty due to illness. Relevant departments should take some measures for control. On one hand, the control and prevention of HFMD should be enhanced. On the other hand, the medical social security service scope and strength should be expanded and improved to mitigate the HFMD economic burden for society and family.
