离子热疗仪治疗妊娠期不同程度急性上呼吸道感染的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨离子热疗仪对妊娠期不同程度急性上呼吸道感染的疗效,为妊娠期急性上呼吸道感染的防治提供新的思路。方法选择2014年8月-2015年8月于济南市中心医院产科门诊正规产检,在妊娠不同时期出现急性上呼吸道感染症状的孕妇50例,分析离子热疗仪对不同程度急性上呼吸道感染症状的转归情况。结果早期急性上呼吸道感染组40例,使用离子热疗仪后,37例(92.5%)痊愈;3例(7.50%)使用后症状无好转。晚期急性上呼吸道感染组10例,使用离子热疗仪后,5例(50.0%)有效;5例(50.0%)使用后无效,1例(10.0%)症状有加重。两组的有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(X^2=7.82,P=0.005)。所有孕妇在急性上呼吸道感染痊愈后均预防性使用离子热疗仪,截至本研究结束均未再出现急性上呼吸道感染症状。结论离子热疗仪治疗妊娠期急性上呼吸道感染有较好疗效,尤其对于早期出现的轻微症状疗效显著,可作为防治妊娠期急性上呼吸道感染的有效措施。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ion hyperthermia instrument in the treatment of different degrees of acute upper respiratory tract infection during pregnancy and to provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment. Methods From Aug. 2014 to Aug. 2015 in Obstetrics Clinic of Jinan Central Hospital,50 cases of pregnant women with acute upper respiratory tract infection were collected who were in a different period of gestation with a regular check. The outcome of the cases with different degrees of acute upper respiratory tract infection symptoms was analyzed after they used the ion hyperthermia instrument. Results In 40 cases of early acute upper respiratory tract infection,37 cases （92.5%） were cured after they used the ion hyperthermia instrument,3 cases （7.50%） had no improvement. Among 10 cases of late acute upper respiratory tract infection using the ion hyperthermia instrument, 5 cases （50%） were effective and 5 cases （ 50% ） were ineffective, and 1 case （ 10% ） got worse. The efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant （x2 = 7.82 ; P = 0. 005）. The prophylactic use of ion hyperthermia instrument made all pregnant women been healed no longer developed the acute respiratory tract infection symptoms before the end of this study. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of ion hyperthermia instrument in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in pregnancy is obvious, especially for the early symptoms of mild symptoms. It can be used as an effective means of prevention and treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in pregnancy.
