摘 要:目的了解预防医学专业《卫生统计学》的开课时间与教学现状对教学效果和教学满意度的影响,并探讨影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对四川大学438名预防医学本科生进行调查,收集其对《卫生统计学》开课时间、课程的满意情况及学习效果等信息,并用秩和检验和Logistic回归进行统计分析。结果共回收375份有效问卷(98.4%);47.4%的学生认为理想的开课时间应在临床类课程学习之后;学生对目前的教学内容总体满意,理论课教学质量满意度评分为9.0分,实践课为8.0分。开课时间会影响教学满意度;兴趣、科研经历、作业完成情况和课程满意度会影响最终成绩。结论《卫生统计学》的开课时间不宜过早。今后的教学应注重对学生兴趣的培养,提高作业完成质量,激发科研兴趣,强化实践课教学,以提高整体教学质量。Objective To learn the effects of satisfaction on curriculum time and current situation of Health Statistics for undergraduates majoring Preventive Medicine,and to explore factors related to the teaching satisfaction. Methods The self- designed questionnaire was conducted to collect information about curriculum time, course satisfaction and learning effects from 438 undergraduates of Sichuan University. Data was analyzed through rank sum test and logistical regression. Results 375 effective questionnaires (98.4%) were collected in total. 47.1% of students considered the ideal curriculum time was after learning clinical medicine courses. Students were satisfied with the teaching content, the satisfaction grade on theoretical courses was 9.0, while the satisfaction grade on practical courses was 8.0. Analysis indicated curriculum time could affect teaching satisfaction, and interests, research experience, homework completion and course satisfaction could affect final grades. Conclusion Health Statistics should not be arranged at an early stage during the undergraduate time. The future teaching should focus on developing course interest of students, improving the quality of homework completion, stimulating the research interest and emphasising practical courses to improve the teaching quality.
