摘  要:以壳聚糖(CTS)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用微波辐射法,通过交联接枝共聚合成了CTS-g-PAMPS/AA交联CTS树脂。探讨了微波功率、反应时间,树脂用量、溶液pH、染料浓度、吸附时间对亚甲基蓝(MB)吸附性能的影响。结果显示该树脂在MB浓度为500mg/L,吸附剂为0.3g时,吸附量和吸附率分别达1776mg/g和95.4%。该树脂具有很强的pH敏感性和高吸附性能,其对染料的吸附行为满足Langmuir吸附等温模型。The modified chitosan resin(CTS-g-PAMPS/AA)was synthesized by polymerization using microwave irradiation with chitosan,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and acrylic acid as raw materials,potassium persulfate as initiator and N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent.The effects of power,reaction time,adsorbent dosage,pH,the concentration of dye and contact time on adsorption process for methylene blue(MB)were studied.The results showed that under the conditions of adsorbent dosage of 0.3g,the dye concentration of 500mg/L,the adsorption capacity and removal efficiency were 1776mg/g and 95.4%,respectively.The resin had strong pH sensitivity and high adsorption capacity.The equilibrium data were well fitted to the Langmuir isotherm.
