摘 要:设计正交试验制备出纳米氧化镁(MgO)悬浮液,探讨了分散剂用量、超声时间和超声功率对悬浮液分散稳定性影响。将制备出的纳米MgO悬浮液用于纸质文物脱酸保护,探讨MgO用量对纸质文物的影响。结果表明:分散剂质量分数1.1%,超声时间20min,超声功率560W可以制备稳定的纳米MgO悬浮液;0.7%质量分数纳米MgO脱酸液脱酸处理后,纸张pH值从3.69明显上升至8.45,纸张抗张强度有所上升,碱残留达到0.610mol/kg,热老化过后,pH仍能保持在8.29,抗张强度维持较高水平,碱残留保持0.595mol/kg,从而起到长效保护的作用。The preparation of nano-MgO suspension by orthogonal experiment,and the effect of dispersant dosage,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power of Nano-MgO suspension were studied.The nano-MgO was used in deacidification treatment of paper based cultural relics.The results showed that with dispersant dosage was 1.1%,ultrasonic time was20 min,and ultrasonic power was 560 W,the stability of nano-MgO suspension was best.After deacidification treatment with nano-MgO,pH value of paper increased from 3.69 to 8.45,the tensile strength had a little rose and the alkali residue was0.610mol/kg.The heat aging indicated that after heat deterioration a good stability of pH value was 8.29.The tensile strength was good,the alkali residue could keep in 0.595mol/kg.Paper based cultural relics could be conserved for a long time.
