摘　　要：我国经济战略调整与实施的过程,就是转变经济发展方式的过程。这一过程的实现不仅需要深刻认识我国经济发展的阶段,还需要科学理解和移植发达国家的经验。不能超越我国经济发展的阶段,将发达国家的经验当成我国经济改革的前提。当前,供给侧结构性改革是我国经济发展战略调整的具体实施,是"经济增长方式转变——经济发展方式转变——供给侧结构性改革"路径中的重要实施环节,必须夯实支持我国经济持续发展的基础,才能实现转变经济发展方式这一战略,才能在中国经济发展新动能转换中实现供给侧结构性改革目标。The process of adjusting and implementing China＇s economic strategy is just the process of transforming China＇s economic development mode. The realization of this process not only requires us to deeply understand the stage of China＇s economic development,but also to understand and transplant the experience of developed countries. Meanwhile,we cannot go beyond the stage of China＇s economic development,taking the experience of developed countries as a prerequisite for China＇s economic reform directly. The current structural reform of the supply side is the concrete implementation of the adjustment of China＇s economic development strategy. It is an important step in the path of ＂ transformation of economic growth mode-transformation of economic development mode-supply-side structural reform＂. It is necessary to reinforce the true foundation of supporting the sustainable development of China＇s economy so as to realize the strategy of transforming the economic development mode and to realize the goal of supply-side structural reform in the new economic transformation of China＇s economic development.
