摘　　要：目的了解男男性行为者(MSM)中抑郁症状的流行情况及其与社会支持的关系。方法于2014年5-12月期间,在广西桂林对400名MSM进行问卷调查,收集MSM社会人口学资料、社会支持、自评抑郁得分及行为因素。结果 400名MSM平均年龄为32.5岁。客观支持得分平均为5.88分,主观支持平均为14.11分,社会支持利用度平均为5.76分。28.3%的自评抑郁得分为≥50分。社会支持的利用度与MSM自评抑郁得分呈负相关,而客观支持与主观支持对其没有影响。社会人口学特征中大专或以上与MSM自评抑郁得分也呈负相关,其他社会人口学变量以及行为因素对自评抑郁得分没有影响。结论社会支持利用度与受过较高的教育水平,均可减少MSM患抑郁心理的风险,未来的干预可以考虑社会支持因素,同时加强MSM的文化素养以提高MSM心理健康状况。Objective To know the prevalence of depressive symptoms and its relationship with social support a- mong men who have sex with men （MSM）. Methods A cross-section study was conducted between May and De- cember 2014, with structured questionnaire to collect demographic data, social support, depression and behavior factors. Results The mean age was 32.5 years old. The mean score of objective support was 5.88. 28.3% of MSM had more than 50 score of self-rating depression scale. The availability of social support was negative correlated with score of self-rating depression scale, whereas objective support and subjective support were not associated with score of self-rating depression scale. Educational level was negatively connected with scores of self-rating depression scale, whereas other demographic factors and behavior factors didn＇t make any influence over the scores of self-rating de- pression scale. Conclusion Both availability of social support and high level education can reduce the likelihood of suffering from depression for MSM. Social support should be included in the intervention in the future. Meanwhile, it is necessary for us to improve the mental health of MSM.
