摘  要:基于安全约束经济调度(SCED)的日内发电计划多应用于省级电网,当电网出现诸如特高压直流闭锁等大功率缺失时,基于送受端协商式的联络线计划调整难以快速实现互联省份的有效支援。针对上述问题,文中在传统SCED模型的基础上,提出了基于联络线断面和分省备用控制的日内计划模型。模型可在大区电网内,根据故障时电网的实际运行情况一次性求解机组及互联电网的联络线计划。将所述模型应用于华东电网,分析了宾金直流发生单极和双极闭锁时的计划调整过程。仿真结果表明模型可以在考虑安全约束前提下通过互济参数设置,灵活控制互联省份支援方式,以区域内机组及联络线计划调整发挥互联电网互济能力,实现有功大范围合理再平衡。The intraday generation scheduling based on the security constrained economical dispatch is used in the provincial power grid.It is difficult to adapt to large-scale power loss problems caused by ultra HVDC blocking.In view of the above problems,a schedule model is put forward based on the tie line section and sub provincial reserve control.The model can be used to solve the contact line plan of the unit and the interconnected power grid in the large area network according to the actual operation situation of the power grid.The model proposed is applied to the East China power grid and the process of planning adjustment of unipolar and bipolar DC blocking has been analyzed.Simulation results show that the model can be considered on the premise of security constrained by other parameter settings,flexible control of mutually supportive interconnected provinces in the area,the unit and the tie line schedule adjustment of interconnected power grid cooperation ability,thus realizing the active large-range reasonable rebalancing.
