摘 要:针对跨区双边交易模式下的网损分摊问题,首先给出了基于网络分裂法的双边交易建模方法,在此基础上提出了适合跨区双边交易的网损分摊方法及步骤。通过追踪每笔交易对各支路潮流的贡献,相应地分摊网损。在IEEE 14节点系统上验证了所提方法的正确性,并与已有的核仁理论分摊方法和网损增量法进行了对比。结果显示,所提方法能够准确反映双边交易功率大小及输送距离,同时解决了跨区交易的并行流和环流问题,分摊结果更加公平合理。Aiming at losses allocation for cross regional bilateral transactions, the modelling approach on multi-regional bilateral transactions based on diakoptics was firstly presented, then losses allocation method for bilateral transaction was proposed. Losses were partitioned according to the share of each transaction in the branch flow by bilateral power flow tracing. The IEEE 14-bus system was adopted to verify the proposed approach. The comparative study of the proposed approach with the nucleolus theory based allocation method and the marginal loss allocation method were also done. The results show the proposed approach can accurately indicate the transaction power and transmission distance, as well as reflecting parallel and counter power flow, the allocation results were fairer and more reasonable.
