摘 要:采用超声波辅助浸渍法制备Fe_2O_3/γ-Al_2O_3吸附剂,利用固定床反应器,在模拟富氧燃烧烟气条件下研究了烟气组分CO_2、SO_2以及H2O对Fe_2O_3/γ-Al_2O_3吸附剂脱除气相砷的影响特性及机理。结果表明,O_2/CO_2燃烧方式下,高浓度CO_2极大的抑制了吸附剂对气相砷的吸附,而高浓度的H2O则在一定程度上促进了吸附进程。O_2/CO_2气氛中,一定范围内SO_2浓度的升高对Fe_2O_3/γ-Al_2O_3吸附气相砷具有促进作用,当吸附气氛中的SO_2超过一定浓度时,则对气相砷的吸附产生抑制,此时吸附气氛中O_2浓度的提高有助于缓解高浓度SO_2的抑制作用。The sorbent of Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 prepared by ultrasonic-assisted precipitation method were applied to remove gas-phase arsenic in simulated flue gas of oxy-coal combustion. To investigate the influence of high concentration of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and water vapor on gas-phase arsenic removal by Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 in oxy-coal combustion, a laboratory scale experiment was carried out. The results show that CO2 greatly inhibits arsenic removal by Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 and high concentration of H20 can promote adsorption process to a certain extent. Within a certain concentration, the increase of SO2 has a promotion effect to adsorption. Once the SO2 concentration exceeds a certain value, it brings inhibition. And at this point, the increase of oxygen concentration will contribute to eliminate the inhibition effect of high concentration of SO2.
