一体式浸渍管真空槽热场分析

摘  要:针对一体式浸渍管真空槽结构,采用现场测试和有限元法对精炼过程真空槽时域温度场变化规律进行了研究,并与现有分体式浸渍管真空槽的热力状态进行了对比分析。结果表明:一体式浸渍管真空槽的时域温度场变化仿真结果与现场测试数据吻合较好。一体式浸渍管真空槽在处理位一个操作周期内,真空槽上部温度趋于稳态;真空槽下部温度先增大后减小,在精炼结束时最高,在线待机结束时最低;一体式浸渍管真空槽在线待机结束时的热力条件满足生产需求,该设备在两次精炼处理之间可以不进行在线烘烤操作;一体式浸渍管真空槽与分体式浸渍管真空槽在精炼结束时的热力状态基本一致,表明一体式浸渍管真空槽结构是可靠的。The variation of temperature field of the new type of vacuum vessel of snorkel tube during a refining process period was studied by field measurement method and finite element method technology,and compared with the vacuum vessel of separated snorkel tube. The results showed that, the vacuum vessel of integrated snorkel tube FEM results were in good agreement with the measured data. During a refining process period, the temperature of upper portion of the vacuum vessel trended to steady state. The temperature of lower portion of the vacuum vessel increased first and then decreased. The temperature was the highest at the end of the vacuum refining process, and was the lowest at the end of online standby state. The vacuum vessel of integrated snorkel tube could meet the thermal condition at the end of online standby state, and could be used without the online baking between the two refining process. The temperature field of vacuum vessel of integrated snorkel tube was consistent with the separated snorkel tube at the end of the refining process, which proved the feasibility of the new type of the integrated snorkel tube.
