摘  要:重点阐述这种新型的阻尼环拉片的结构以及其优点。水轮发电机阻尼环设置在磁极铁心上,相邻的阻尼环采用连接片连接。对阻尼环进行应力计算时,如果阻尼环伸出磁极铁心的部分自身无法承受自身的离心力,就需要采用阻尼环限位结构,保证阻尼环不会因为离心力的作用而破坏。传统结构采用圆钢或者锻件生产阻尼环拉杆用于阻尼环限位。为此,我们研究了一种节能新型的阻尼环拉片结构,采用高强度磁轭冲片钢板边角余料制作。Damping ring of hydro-generator is equipped on iron core of magnetic pole, and adjacent damping rings are connected with connecting pieces. When stress of the damping ring is calculated, the limiting structure of damping ring will be adopted to ensure that it will not be damaged by centrifugal force, if damping ring overhang out of magnetic pole core cannot withstand centrifugal force of their own. The damping ring pull rod is generally used to limit displacement of damping ring, material of which adopts round steel or forgings. In this paper, we studied a new structure of damping ring pull piece, which is made with residual part of high- strength magnet yoke punching steel sheet. This paper chiefly expounds structure and advantage of the new damping ring pull piece.
