摘  要:目的了解订单定向医学生的报考动机、专业认识、学习现状、职业认同、职业发展,客观评价其是否达到国家政策的要求和目标。方法采用分层整群抽样方法抽取研究对象。自行设计调查问卷,问卷内容包括社会人口学特征、报考动机、专业认识、学习现状、职业认同、职业发展六个方面,调查表经过预调查,修正问卷信度和效度,确定最终的调查表。通过各高校辅导员组织抽样班级统一填写调查表,对订单定向医学生专业思想现状进行统计描述,采用t检验、单因素方差分析、综合评价的方法进行统计分析。结果被调查的6个院校在学生的报考动机、专业认识、学习现状、职业认同、职业发展方面存在显著性差异。不同专业和不同院校之间存在显著性差异。从性别、城乡、是否是独生子女、政治面貌方面的分析并无显著性差异,但是不同年级的学生之间的分析存在显著性差异。结论学生专业思想比较稳定,学习目标明确,学习态度端正,并能积极地参加校园文化活动。Objective To understand the motivation, professional knowledge, learning status, professional identity and career development of order oriented medical students. Methods Stratified cluster sampling is used to select the subjects. The self-designed questionnaire, which covers demographic characteristics, motivation, professional knowledge, learning situation, occupation identity, occupation development six aspects, through the presurvey questionnaire, revised questionnaire reliability and validity, we determine the final survey. Through the organization of college counselors sampling class unified questionnaire, statistical description of the current situation of the professional ideological order oriented medical students, using the method of t test, single factor analysis of variance and comprehensive evaluation for statistical analysis. Results There are significant differences in the motivation, professional knowledge, learning status, professional identity and career development of 6 college students. There are significant differences between different majors and colleges. There is no significant difference in gender, urban and rural areas, whether they are the only-child or not, but there are significant differences among different grades of students. Conclusion The students' professional thinking is relatively stable, the learning objectives are clear, the learning attitude is correct, and they are active in the campus cultural activities.
