摘　　要：医务人员的医疗行为不被患者及其家属认可或治疗结果不被其接受而引起的医患之间矛盾升级。尽管导致医疗纠纷的原因很多,文章以"化整为零"的方式,从患-医两个方面入手探讨分析,并提出防范对策,旨在预防或化解矛盾的发生。In current situation, the medical treatment is not recognized by patients and their family members, and caused the disputations between patients and medical stuffs. In this paper, the author analyses the medical disputes from the medical stuffs and patients. It discusses this situation from patients＇ and the medical stuffs＇ perspective while attempting to raise solution to prevent or solve dispute.
