摘　　要：随着中国发展壮大,来华医学留学生人数日益增长,在学历生教育中,全英文授课临床医学本科学生人数不断增加。教学上存在学生要求高、语言沟通不畅、课堂时间不足、师生缺乏交流等困难。外科学是重要的主干课程,内容多、范围广、解剖要求高、临床操作多、教学难度大。昆明医科大学在2012级全英文医学本科留学生外科学教学中开展微信平台辅助教学,主要利用"微信群"功能在课前准备、推送资料、PBL教学、教学查房、病例讨论等方面开展教学改进,有效地利用了课余时间、加大了教学深度和广度、提高了沟通准确性和及时性、增进了师生关系,对提高教学质量起到积极作用。Along with the development and growth of China, the number of overseas medical students in China is increasing, which accounted for the majority of clinical medical undergraduates. There are some difficulties during education such as high student demands, poor language communication, insufficient class hour, lack of communication between teachers and students. Surgery is an important main course, with vast content, wide range, high anatomical requirements, different clinical practice, which is difficult to carry out. WeChat platform was applied to assist teaching and learning of surgery in clinical medical undergraduates of Grade 2012 in Kunming Medical University. The function of group was mainly utilized in pre-class preparation, information transmitting, PBL teaching, teaching rounds, case discussion and other aspects to improve teaching quality, which can help effectively employ the spare time, increase the depth and breadth of knowledge, improve the accuracy and timeliness of communication, improve the relationship between teachers and students, leading to positive effects on improving the quality of teaching.
