摘 要:目的探讨可视化技术在非麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月~2016年8月在我院麻醉科轮转的48名非麻醉专业规范化培训住院医师,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各24名;实验组采用可视化技术进行教学,对照组采用传统教学模式进行教学。每名住院医师出科前进行理论和操作考试,记录考试成绩并进行统计学分析。结果两组学生理论考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组的气管插管、双腔支气管插管及定位、臂丛和颈丛阻滞和颈内静脉穿刺的成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),操作时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论可视化技术应用于非麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训教学,能够提高学生的学习效率,提高麻醉教学质量。Objective To investigate the effect of visualization technology in the teaching for standardized training of non-anesthesia residents. Methods Between August 2015 to August 2016, 48 professional standardization training of non-anesthesia residents ,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, each group of 24. The experimental group was trained by visualization technique and control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. Each resident is given theory and operation test before the end, test records will be statistical analysed. Results The theory examination result of students of two groups has no statistically significant difference (P〉0. 05), but the experimental group was better than the control group. The success rate of endotracheal intubation, double-lumen endobronchial intubation and alignment, brachial plexus and cervical plexus block and internal jugular vein puncture in experimental group is significantly higher than control group(P〈0. 05), the operation time in experimental group significantly shorter than the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The visualization technology applied to the standardized training of non-anesthesia residents, can improve the students' learning efficiency and improve the teaching quality of anesthesia.
