中医治未病理论与痔瘘病三级预防

摘　　要：中医"治未病"理论与现代医学的三级预防理论(病因预防、临床前期预防、临床预防)不谋而合。针对不同痔瘘疾病高发病人群,采用未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复的"治未病"方法,在疾病的预防、诊治方面都有重要意义与临床价值。重视一、二级预防、把疾病发展控制在社区工作范围、甚至是自我管理,以缓解三甲医院的压力,亦是近年来医疗改革提出的新方向。患者对痔瘘疾病知晓率低且缺少保健意识,社区医生可以通过定期门诊时进行简单有效的健康指导,并利用好电视、网络等媒体。我国医学的发展已从被动治疗提高到主动预防的水平,中医中药在疾病预防、治疗方面仍具有巨大潜力。Theory of ＂ preventive treatment＂ and the three-grade prevention of hemorrhoids and fistula（ prevention of the etiology,prevention in the early clinical stage,clinical prevention） hold the same view. For the high morbidity population of hemorrhoids and fistula,such methods of ＂ preventive treatment＂ as prevention before disease onset,prevention of the change of the disease and prevention of the relapse after recovery have great clinical significance and value in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of disease. Great attention paid to the first-grade and second-grade prevention,controlling of the development of disease within the community ability,even self-management and relief of the pressure of top three hospitals are the new tendency of medical reform in recent years. The awareness rate of hemorrhoids and fistula among patients is low and the patients lack health care consciousness.The community doctors can conduct health instruction with regular outpatient service and good application of television and internet,etc. The development of medicine in China has been enhanced from passive treatment to active prevention. The prevention and treatment of disease in Chinese medicine still have huge potentials.
