摘　　要：微观辨证临床研究丰富了辨证论治的内容,二者的互补、综合,有助于做到对疾病精准定位定性、早期诊断、早期治疗。但要将微观辨证研究结果在临床广泛应用,还需运用循证医学系统评价体系,逐渐使中医诊断向标准化发展,只有这样才能深化对病证的认识、增强治疗疾病的方向性和针对性,促进中医诊断的发展。The clinical research on microcosmic syndrome differentiation in Chinese medicine has enriched the contents of syndrome differentiation and treatment; these two aspects complement and synthesize helps to locolate the disease accurately,diagnose and treat the disease in the early stage. However,the wide application of the research results of mictrocosmitic syndrome differentaiton in Chinese medicine requires the evaluation system of evidence-based medicine,making diagnosis of Chinese medicine tend to be standardized. By this means the recognition of the disease can be deepen,the directivity and pertinence of the treatment of disease can be strengthen,and the development of Chinese medicine can be promoted.
