药熨法配合综合康复护理治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肢体肿胀50例

摘　　要：目的:观察药熨法配合综合康复护理治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肢体肿胀的疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年1月河南省中医院脑病二区收治的脑卒中后偏瘫肢体肿胀患者96例,按随机数字表法分为对照组46例和治疗组50例。对照组按照脑血管病治疗原则给予常规治疗配合常规护理,治疗组给予药熨法配合综合康复护理治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer movement assessment,FMA)评价和Barthel指数的评定。结果:治疗组有效率为96.00%,对照组有效率为84.79%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后FMA评分、Barthel指数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药熨法配合综合康复护理治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肢体肿胀临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of medicated ironing combined with rehabilitation nursing on post-stroke hemiplegia and limb swelling. Methods： Totally 96 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia and limb swelling treated in this hospital between January 2012 and January 2014 were randomized into control group（ 46 cases） and treatment group（ 50 cases）. Control group were given conventional treatment combined with regular nursing according to the therapeutic principle of cerebrovascular disease; treatment group were given medicated ironing combined with rehabilitation nursing. The clinical effects,FMA and index of Barthel in both groups were observed. Results： The effective rate was 96. 00% in treatment group and 84. 79%; treatment group were superior to control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The FMA and index of Barthel in treatment group were better than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Medicated ironing combined with rehabilitation nursing has remarkable therapeutic effects on poststroke hemiplegia and limb swelling.
