通督祛瘀方联合针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎45例

摘　　要：目的:观察通督祛瘀方联合针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年5月—2013年10月本院收治的强直性脊柱炎患者89例,随机分成对照组44例和观察组45例。对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,观察组给予通督祛瘀方联合针灸治疗。结果:对照组有效率77.27%,观察组有效率91.11%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP、ESR、Ig A水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛时间、晨僵时间、改良Schober试验改善水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通督祛瘀方联合针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著,能缓解强直性脊柱炎临床症状,改善炎症指标。Objecitve： To observe the clinical effects of Du-Dredging and Blood Stasis-Eliminating Prescription combined with acupuncture on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： Totally 89 patients with ankylosing spondylitis treated in this hospital between May2010 and October 2013 were randomized into control group（ 44 cases） and observation group（ 45 cases）. Control group were given Sulfasalazine Tablets while treatment group were given Du-Dredging and Blood Stasis-Eliminating Prescription Combined with Acupuncture for the treatment. Results： The effective rate was 77. 27% in control group and 91. 11% in observation group; observation group were superior to control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of CRP,ESR and Ig A in observation group were superior to those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Du-Dredging and Blood Stasis-Eliminating Prescription combined with acupuncture has remarkable therapeutic effects on ankylosing spondylitis,which can significantly improve the indicators of inflammation.
