祛风湿、通经祛痹类中药对类风湿性关节炎患者中医证候积分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛风湿、通经祛痹类中药对类风湿性关节炎患者中医证候积分的影响。方法:选取本院2012年4月—2015年4月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用祛风湿、通经祛痹类中药治疗。结果:研究组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为67.5%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后晨僵持续时间、疼痛关节数目、肿胀关节数目优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛风湿、通经祛痹类中药能够有效减少类风湿性关节炎患者中医证候积分,从而提升治疗效果。Objective： To discuss the influence of Chinese medicine with effects of dispelling wind dampness,meridian-dredging and bi-expelling on TCM syndrome scores of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： Totally 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in this hospital between April 2012 and April 2015 were randomized into research group and control group,40 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional drugs while research group were added with Chinese medicine with effects of dispelling wind dampness,meridian-dredging and bi-expelling. Results： The effective rate was 92. 5% in research group and 67. 5% in control group; research group were superior to control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The morning stiffness duration,number of pain joints and number of swollen joints in research group were superior to those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine with effects of dispelling wind dampness,meridian-dredging and bi-expelling can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome scores of rheumatoid arthritis and thus enhance the therapeutic effects.
