改良独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察改良独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年6月—2013年12月在本院门诊确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组、阳性药物组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用改良独活寄生汤治疗,阳性药物组在对照组治疗的基础上加用独活寄生汤治疗。结果:三组患者不良反应比较,试验组不良反应最少,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组患者治疗前后血常规、肾功能、肝功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治愈率优于阳性药物组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of improved Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation（ LIDH）. Methods： Totally 120 patients with LIDH diagnosed in this hospital between June 2011 and December2013 were randomized into experiment group,positive-drug group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional treatment while experiment group were added with improved Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction and positive-drug group were added with Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction on the basis of control group. Results： For the adverse reaction of the three groups,experiment group had the lowest rate,but the difference had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. For the indicators of blood routine,kidney function and liver function,the difference between three groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. The cure rate in experiment group was better than that in the other two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Improved Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on LIDH.
