摘 要:研究了NaCl浓度对磺甲基酚醛树脂(SPFR)在多孔介质中的分散稳定性和封堵特性的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的升高,SPFR聚集体的Zeta电位下降,使聚集体的粒径先减小后增大,而体系的浊度不断增加;随着NaCl浓度的升高,SPFR分散体系的分散稳定性下降,体系的封堵性能提高;当NaCl质量浓度为1.2×10~5 mg/L时,体系具有较好的分散稳定性和封堵性能;加入疏水缔合物AP-P4,很大程度上改善了SPFR的穿透性和变形性;分散体系在90℃时仍保持良好的稳定性和封堵性能。The effect of salinity on dispersion stability and plugging properties of sulfonate-phenol- formaldehyde resin (SPFR)in porous medium is presented with different NaC1 concentration. The results show that as NaC1 concentration in SPFR solutions increases, the Zeta potential of SPFR molecule aggregates decreases, while the size of aggregates descends then rises, the solution turbidity grows continuously. In addition, the dispersion stability of SPFR falls, the blocking property of SFPR is enhanced following the increase of NaC1 concentration. SPFR system performs well in dispersion stability and blocking property when NaC1 concentration is 1.2 x 10^5 mg/L. The penetrability and deformability of SPFR are improved by adding AP-P4; the dispersion system maintains dispersion stability and plugging property at 90℃.
