经纤维支气管镜局部治疗支气管扩张咯血的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨经纤维支气管镜局部治疗支气管扩张咯血的护理效果。方法选择2013年12月~2016年7月于我院经纤维支气管镜局部治疗的84例支气管扩张咯血患者作为此次研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者的咯血停止时间与住院天数要显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.62%,对照组护理满意度为80.95%,观察组护理满意度要显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强经纤维支气管镜局部治疗支气管扩张咯血患者的综合护理干预能够获得良好的护理效果,可显著加快患者恢复,值得推广。Objective To explore the nursing effect of local treatment of bronchiectasis hemoptysis by fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods 84 cases of bronchiectasis hemoptysis cured with local treatment of bronchieetasis hemoptysis in our hospital from December 2013 to July 2016 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing, and patients in observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The stop time and the number of days of hospitalization of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.62%, the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 80.95, and the nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention of patients with bronchiectasis hemoptysis treated by local treatment by fiberoptic bronchoscopy can get good nursing effect, and significantly accelerate the recovery of patients. It is worthy of promotion.
