微创治疗难治性输尿管结石围手术期的护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结分析微创治疗难治性输尿管结石围手术期的护理方法以及护理效果。方法以我市人民医院2015年3月~2016年3月期间收治的80例难治性输尿管结石患者为研究对象,所有患者采用微创治疗,其中对照组40例常规护理,观察组40例采用围手术期优质护理服务,回顾分析不同组患者对应的临床治疗效果以及重要指标。结果在结石清除率、临床护理满意度、患者术后并发症发生率以及住院时间等重要指标方面,观察组和对照组之间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论难治性输尿管结石采用微创治疗过程中,做好围手术期的优质护理,能够保证治疗效果,提升服务质量,降低并发症的发生,值得推广应用。Objective To summarize analysis of minimally invasive treatment of intractable ureteral calculi perioperative nursing methods and nursing effect. Methods 80 cases of intractable ureteral calculi patients cured in Lianjiang People＇s Hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research object. All the patients were treated with minimally invasive treatment, 40 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing care, 40 cases in observation group were treated with perioperative nursing service. Clinical treatment effect and important indicators of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were obvious differences between observation group and control group on calculi clearance rate, clinical nursing satisfaction, incidence of postoperative complications and length of hospital stay, and other important indicators （P 〈 0.05）,and it had statistical significance. Conclusion Refractory ureteral calculi with minimally invasive treatment process, the high quality of perioperative nursing can guarantee the therapeutic effect,improve service quality, and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is worthy of popularization and application.
