摘 要:针对基于数据挖掘获取知识的工艺规划系统中数据挖掘的执行过度依赖于专家而造成应用门槛高以及效率低、质量差的现状,提出基于智能化数据挖掘获取知识的工艺规划系统。以本体技术为支撑,通过获取领域词汇构建基于本体的数据挖掘知识库,当新的工艺规划任务产生时,该知识库将为之提供准确的数据挖掘模式,引导数据挖掘算法、数据样本、数据字段及其权重等选择并嵌入计算机程序,实现对数据挖掘过程的智能化、自动化控制。在此基础上,讨论了基于智能化数据挖掘获取知识的工艺规划系统工作机理、总体架构、开发策略以及功能模块和实现技术等,最后通过实验验证了系统的效果。Aiming at the situation of high threshold of application, as well as low efficiency and poor quality, of current process planning system that acquires process planning knowledge through data mining mainly by expert, this paper proposes a new process planning system, in which data mining is carried out intelligently. In proposed system, ontology technology is taken as an implementation tool. Through the acquisition of field vocabulary and relationship, ontological knowledge base for data mining is constructed. When new task of process planning occurs, the knowledge base provides accurate data mining model, with the guidance of which data mining algorithm, data sample, data field and its weight are selected accurately and embedded into computer program. Thus intelligent and automatic data mining is achieved. On this basis, this paper discusses the working mechanism, system framework, development strategy, function module and realization technology of proposed system in sequence. At last, experiments are executed to verify the effect of proposed system.
