摘　　要：分析重型卧车主轴轴承失效原因,采用动静压混合作用轴承技术改造主轴轴承,提升机床性能和加工质量,满足加工工艺的发展需要,为改造同类重型机床提供参考。This paper analyzes the failure reason of the spindle bearing on the heavy - duty horizontal lathe, and adopts the hybrid bearing technology to reconstruct the spindle bearing. Improve the performance and quality of machine, meet the needs of development of processing technology. Provide reference for similar heavy machine tools.
