运用项目管理改善静脉留置针输液的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨项目管理在推进静脉留置针输液的护理规范管理和护理操作效果。方法由护理部启动项目管理,拟定详细的项目计划书;制定留置针输液操作流程及评分标准、留置针的固定方法、留置针的维护流程,并拍摄视频录像;由护理部对全员进行理论及操作的培训,并进行实操的考核。结果留置针的固定和维护的问题、留置针静脉炎发生率及药物外渗或渗出发生率、意外拔管率、病人满意度等在项目管理后都明显得到了改善,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论开展留置针静脉输液的项目管理有利于提高静脉输液的质量和安全,规范护理人员对留置针输液的护理操作,提高病人满意度。Objective To explore the effect of project management in promoting standard nursing management and nursing operation of intravenous indwelling needle infusion. Methods The project management was started by the Nursing Department, and the detailed project plan was drawn up. The operation procedure and scoring criteria of the indwelling needle infusion were regulated, the way how the needle was fixed and the maintenance procedure was established. The process - re- lated video was recorded. The training of the theory and operation, and the assessment of operation practice were made by the nursing department. Results The incidence of indwelling needle phlebitis and the rate of drug extravasation or exudation, and accidental extubation were all reduced, while the way of fixation and maintenance of the needle and patient satisfaction were significantly improved as compared with pre - management of project （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The project manage- ment of intravenous indwelling needle infusion is conducive to improving the quality and safety of intravenous infusion, stand- ardizing the nursing operation of indwelling needle infusion and improving the patient＇s satisfaction.
