摘  要:机体内活性氧蓄积,超出正常代谢能力,是导致细胞变性、坏死,造成组织损伤的重要原因。而针对氧化损伤,机体存在很多对抗机制,抗氧化应激通路——核因子红系2 p45相关因子2/血红素氧合酶1(Nrf2/HO-1)通路是其中重要的一条。机体内抗氧化应激物质可以通过减少胞质中的Nrf2降解来促进其核内转导,升高下游HO-1的水平,进而发挥抗氧化应激作用。硫辛酸具有极佳的抗氧化性,可以显著增强Nrf2的核内转导及上调HO-1,对多种细胞有保护作用。因其具有良好的脂溶性和水溶性,容易通过血脑屏障,故其对神经元细胞尤其是多巴胺能神经元的保护作用值得探索和期待。Accumulation of reactive oxygen in the body beyond the normal metabolism is the important cause of celldegeneration, necrosis and tissue damage. For oxidative damage, there are many mechanisms of anti-oxidative stress, theantioxidant stress pathway-transcription factor nuclear factor-erythroid 2 p45-related factor 2/heme oxygenase-1 (Nrf2/HO-1 ) signaling pathway is a very important one. fn-vivo anti-oxidative stress substance can promote the transduction ofNrf2 from the cytoplasm to the nucleus by reducing its degradation, increasing its downstream of HO-1, thus play a role ofresistance to oxidative stress. Lipoic acid has the effect of antioxidant, can significantly enhance Nrf2 nuclear transductionand increase the expression of HO-1. Lipoic protects multiple types of cells, with a good fat solubility and water solubilitywhich can easily get through the blood brain barrier. It is worth to explore and look forward to it protective role in neuronsespecially the dopaminergic neurons.
