摘　　要：快速康复外科理念是目前临床医学中广为提倡的一种新型医学理念,旨在强调围术期应用各种已被证实有效的方法来减少手术应激及并发症,从而加速患者术后康复,最大程度地减轻患者的心理、生理以及经济负担。随着医学技术的不断发展和麻醉质量的不断优化,其已渗透到术前准备、麻醉方式、术中麻醉深度、液体管理、体温监测以及围术期镇痛等麻醉的各个环节,并受到麻醉医师和外科医师的广泛关注,目前在腹腔镜结直肠手术中的应用也越来越多。Enhanced recovery after surgery now is a new kind of medical philosophy widely advocated in clinicalmedicine, in order to emphasis an application of various methods which have been proved effective in reducing surgicalstress and complications before, during and after surgery, to maximally reduce the patient＇s psychological, physiologicaland economic burden. With the continuous development of medical technology and Optimization of the quality of anesthe-sia, it has penetrated into every part of anesthesia, from peroperative preparation, anesthesia method, intraoperative depthof anesthesia, fluid managment, temperature monitoring, and perioperative analgesiaetc, and has received extensive atten-tion of the anesthesiologists and surgeons. At present, there are more and more applications in laparoscopic colorectal sur-gery as well.
