摘　　要：移动互联网的发展,导致金融资产投资市场参与者获取信息、传播信息、决策实施等行为在一定程度上发生了改变,并反过来对金融资产投资市场造成一定影响。可以通过电信数据捕捉金融资产投资市场的某些变化因素,将电信数据引入金融资产评估逐渐成为一种趋势。基于电信运营商数据,对金融资产投资价值评估引入的影响因素包括:行业景气指数因子、国家政策及舆论导向因子、市场情绪因子。对3类因子引起的金融资产价格增长率变化分别进行评估,然后再进行综合评估,获得金融资产价格综合增长率,用于指导金融资产投资。The development of mobile internet resulted in the behavior change of financial assets investment market participants to obtain information, spread information and make decision. And in turn, the financial asset investment market is affected to a certain degree. Some changes on financial asset investment market can be captured by means of telecom data, and the introduction of telecom data to financial asset evaluation will become a trend. Based on the data of telecom operators, the influencing factors of investment value evaluation of financial assets includes industry sentiment index, national policy and public opinion guiding factor, market sentiment factor. The financial asset price growth rate changes caused by the three indexes were assessed to obtain integrated financial asset price growth rate, to guide the financial asset investment.
