摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在罕见的感染性疾病如恙虫病的药物治疗中的作用。方法临床药师通过参与1例恙虫病合并脑出血患者的治疗过程及用药分析,制订合理的抗感染方案,根据病情变化及时调整,并进行药学监护。结果医师接受药师建议,感染得到控制。结论临床药师参与罕见的、复杂的感染病例的治疗,可以协助医师使患者得到及时且恰当的治疗,并减少药品不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of rare infectious diseases such as tsutsugamushi disease. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the course of treatment,analyzed the medication of 1 case of tsutsugamushi disease complicated with cerebral hemorrhage,and made reasonable and timely anti-infection scheme,as well as adjustment of scheme according to the condition changes and pharmaceutical care. Results The physician accepted the pharmacist＇s proposal and the infection was under control. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists could help the physician make patients get timely and appropriate treatment and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in rare and complex infectious diseases cases.
