摘 要:目的 :比较CTA与彩色多普勒超声对食蟹猴肾动脉影像学评估的差异性和优势。方法 :收集符合纳入条件的食蟹猴9只,分别行CTA与彩色多普勒超声。比较2组图像,并测量肾动脉直径。结果:CTA与彩色多普勒超声均可清晰显示肾动脉及其分支,测量的左肾动脉直径分别为(2.83±0.49)、(2.35±0.40)mm,差异无统计学意义(P=0.053);右侧肾动脉直径分别为(2.85±0.56)、(2.37±0.29)mm,差异无统计学意义(P=0.052)。结论 :CTA与彩色多普勒超声均可用于食蟹猴肾动脉直径的测量,两者结果无差异,具有可比性,但各有优势和不足。Objective:To compare the differences and advantages of CT angiography (CTA) and color Doppler ultrasound in the imaging evaluation of renal artery of cynomolgus monkey. Methods:Collected nine of the cynomolgus monkey which were accorded with the inclusive criteria,respectively,testing with CTA and color Doppler ultrasound. Two groups of images were an-alyzed and compared,and the diameter of the renal artery was measured. Results:CTA and color Doppler ultrasound images could clearly show the renal artery and its main artery branches. Measurement of left renal artery diameter (CTA:2.83 ±0.49 mm;color Doppler Ultrasound:2.35±0.40 mm),P〉0.05 (P=0.053),the difference was not statistically significant. The right renal artery diameter (CTA:2.85±0.56 mm;color Doppler ultrasound:2.37±0.29 mm),P〉0.05(P=0.052),the difference was not statisti-cally significant. Conclusion:CTA and color Doppler ultrasound can be used to measure the diameter of the renal artery of the cynomolgus monkey,the difference is not statistically significant. Those two imaging methods are comparable,but each has its advantages and disadvantages.
