摘 要:[目的]探讨pH、温度环境因素对多粘类芽孢杆菌DN-1抑菌效果的影响以及井冈霉素A降低芽孢消解作用,为提高其生物活性提供理论依据。[方法]研究不同温度、pH条件下多粘类芽孢杆菌DN-1对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制效果,测定DN-1菌株和井冈霉素A复配对其细胞消解率的影响。[结果]pH在6.0~8.0时DN-1菌株对水稻纹枯病菌均表现出较好的抑制效果,pH为7.0时抑菌率最佳;温度在15~40℃时该菌对水稻纹枯病菌均能表现出较强的抑菌效果,温度在35℃时抑菌效果最强;在DN-1菌株配成的水悬液中添加不同比例的井冈霉素A,都有降低细胞消解速率的作用。[结论]温度和pH对DN-1菌株抑制水稻纹枯病菌的效果均有影响;井冈霉素A可延长含DN-1生物农药的货架期。[Objective] Effects of several factors like pH and temperature on activity of Paenibacillus polymyxa DN-1 and decreasing digestion rate of DN-1 strain by validamycin A were studied to provide reference for improving biological activity of DN-1 strain.[Method]We investigated the effect of pH,temperature and environmental factors on the inhibitory effect of Paenibacillus polymyxa DN-1,and determined effect of validamycin A on digestion rate of DN-1.[Result] When pH was from 6.0 to 8.0,the DN-1 strain had good inhibitory effect on Rhizoctonia solani;when the pH was 7.0,the DN-1 strain had the best inhibitory rate.When the temperature was from 15 ℃ to 40 ℃,the DN-1 strain showed strong inhibitory effect on Rhizoctonia solani;when the temperature was 35 ℃,the inhibitory effect was the strongest.Adding different proportions of DN-1strains with the agent of validamycin A had reduced digestion rate of Bacillus.[Conclusion]Both temperature and pH have effect on inhibition of the DN-1 strain to Rhizoctonia solani,and validamycin A can prolong the shelf life of biological pesticide containing DN-1.
