基于SSM法的平顶山市产业结构及竞争力水平分析

摘　　要：运用SSM法(偏离-份额分析法)分别构建了静态和动态分析模型,对平顶山市2004—2014年产业结构和竞争力水平进行了分析.结果表明:三次产业中,第一产业呈粗放式发展,竞争力较弱;第二产业专业化水平高,是区域发展的支柱力量,但存在着产业结构老化、行业间发展不均衡以及竞争力下降的问题;第三产业虽然增长速度缓慢,但发展态势较好,产业结构贡献率达到76.28%,逐步上升为朝阳产业.针对存在的问题,提出了调整产业结构,提升竞争力的对策.In this paper the industrial structure and competitiveness of Pingdingshan city from 2004 to 2014 are analyzed by using the shift-share method to build static and dynamic models. The results show that in the three industries,the primary industry is of extensive development,and its competitive power is weak; the professional level is high in secondary industry,it is a pillar of strength of regional development,but there are still problems such as aging industrial structure,uneven development between industries,and declining competitiveness. Although it is slow in tertiary industry development,it has good development momentum,and its contribution rate is up to 76. 28%,so it＇s the sunrise industry. In view of the existing problems,countermeasures such as adjusting industrial structure and promoting competitiveness are put forward in this paper.
