摘　　要：介绍离心铸造的特点及转鼓筒体生产工艺流程,通过材料成分和材料性能检测手段,以及对LW500X2000N型卧螺机整机的连续运转试验和超速试验,验证离心铸造转鼓筒体应用到卧螺机产品上的机械性能可靠性。The characteristics of centrifugal casting and production process of cylinder of drum are introduced By means of detection on material compositions and material properties, the continuing operating test and over-speed test on LW500X2000N of decanter, the application of the centrifugal casting cylinder of drum to decanter, the reliability of mechanical properties are verified.
