摘 要:负压波法等管道泄漏实时监测技术已在输油管道上广泛应用。这些管道泄漏监测系统的检测灵敏度约为管道流量的1%,难以检测管道微小泄漏特别是持续存在的针孔泄漏。为解决输油管道的微小泄漏检测问题,引进管内泄漏探测器,在呼包鄂成品油管道开展了现场应用和放油测试。现场测试结果验证了基于管内探测器的微小泄漏检测技术在输油管道应用的可行性,并为管内泄漏探测器的改进和现场应用提供了参考。Real time leak monitoring technology such as negative pressure wave method has been widely used in oil pipelines. The detection sensitivity of these pipeline leak monitoring systems is about 1% of the pipeline flow rate, it is difficult to detect the small leak, especially the persistent pinhole leak of the pipeline. In order to solve the problem of small leak detection of oil pipeline, the in-pipe leak detector was introduced, and field application and oil releasing test was carried out in Hohhot- Baotou-Ordos product oil pipeline. Field test results verify the feasibility of small leak detection based on in-pipe leak detector for oil pipelines, and provide reference for the improvement and field application of in-pipe leak detector.
