摘　　要：文章基于对工业设计与创意产业基本内涵与外延、发展与效益等相互关系的再思考,论述创意产业与设计发展的互生关系,设计的综合价值体系与服务意义,以及国内外创意产业与工业设计的发展前景。从而得出结论,在经济转型发展中,尤其在创意经济或创意产业领域,工业设计起到了独特的作用,甚至是引领作用或关键抓手。重视工业设计的国家,使其对国家经济与社会发展的总体推动效果远大于其对创意经济或创意产业的贡献程度。基于创意服务产业下的工业设计在服务国家长远战略、优化区域经济发展、提升人民生活质量等民族复兴和中国梦征程中将会体现出不可替代的巨大价值和深远意义。This paper discussed the interactive relationship between industrial design and creative industries, value and significance of design, as well as development prospect of design and creative industries based on connotation, denotation, development and benefit of design and creative industries. Industrial design can play a unique role and make a great contribution in economic transition and development especially in creative industries. Industrial design based on the creative industries has an irreplaceable value and significance in the fields like long term strategies of the country, optimization of regional economic development, improvement on quality of life, national revival and achievement to China dream.
