摘  要:【目的/意义】医疗卫生信息是一门新兴行业,其发展迅速,但是由于权威经济统计表中没有专门针对这一行业的数据,因此各地区该行业发展水平很难测算。针对这一问题,笔者构建了一套医疗卫生信息化水平测算模型。【方法/过程】笔者将一般行业的发展测算模型引入医疗卫生信息行业,并采用波拉特法进行改良。借鉴经济学相关评价指标,确定构建的医疗卫生信息化水平测算模型指标,然后将波拉特法融入各模型指标公式中,根据系数值来进一步得出所需产业各项数据。【结果/结论】结合中国统计年鉴和投入产出表中的最新数据,对北、上、广、宁四省市进行测算,验证其模型的可信性。[Purpose/significance] Medical and health informatization is an emerging industry, with high speed of development. But the development level of the medical and health informatization is difficult to measure since the authority of the economic statistics has no specifical data for this industry. Therefore the authors built a set of medical and health informatization level measurement model. [Method/process] Authors introduced the measurement model of general industry development and improved it by the Borat method. Based on the relevant evaluation index, authors determined the index of health informatization level model, then introduced the Porat method into the formula of each index and draw the necessary data of the industry. [Result/conclusion]Finally we calculated the statistical yearbook and input-output tables of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Jiangsu to validate the credibility of the measurement model.
