摘 要:为了改善镁质熔剂性球团矿质量,以唐钢提供的矿粉为原料,通过调整MgO含量,研究MgO含量对镁质熔剂性球团的影响。实验采用圆盘造球机造球,筛选出直径10~12.5 mm的生球测定生球性能并在竖炉中焙烧,然后进行抗压强度及冶金性能测定。结果表明:随着MgO含量的提高,生球抗压强度呈上升趋势,生球落下强度呈下降趋势,爆裂温度变化不大;球团抗压强度逐渐降低,当MgO含量达到2.4%时,降低趋势变缓,球团粘结现象增多;软化开始,温度略微升高,软化区间逐渐降低,还原膨胀率呈降低趋势,冶金性能得到明显改善。In order to improve the performance of magnesian fluxed pellets, the Tangsteel ore were used as raw materials, the effect of MgO content on the quality of magnesian fluxed pellets was analyzed by adjusting MgO content. Experiment used the bailing disk for pelleting, screen out green balls with 10 - 12.5 mm in diameter to test their performance, and ealcinate these green pellets in shaft furnaces. Then evaluate their compressive strength and metallurgical property. The results show that as the increase of MgO content, the compressive strength of green pellets increases, the drop strength decreases, the decrepitation temperature changes little, and compressive strength of pellets gradually decreases. When the content of MgO is 2.4%, compressive strength decreases slowly, pellets binding phenomenon increases; softening start and temperature increases slightly, softening range gradually reduces, and the reduction swelling rate decreases, therefore, metallurgical property is significantly improved.
