摘 要:采用熔融共混的方法制备了聚酰胺66/聚磷酸胺(PA66/APP)复合材料,系统研究了APP用量对PA66/APP复合材料阻燃性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明:PA66/APP复合材料的阻燃性能随着APP用量的增加而逐渐提升。PA66/APP复合材料的表观黏度随着剪切速率及温度的升高而降低,随着APP用量的增加呈先降低后上升趋势。PA66/APP复合材料的非牛顿指数随着温度的升高而增大,随着APP用量的增加先增大后减小。PA66/APP复合材料熔体的黏流活化能随着APP用量的增加先减小后增大。Polyamide 66/ammonium polyphosphate(PA66/APP) composites were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of APP content on flame retardant and rheological properties of PA66/APP composites were systematically investigated. The results show that the flame retardant properties of PA66/APP composites improve with the increasing of APP content. The apparent viscosity of PA66/APP composites decreases with the increasing of shear rate and temperature, and decreases first then increases with the increasing of APP content. The non-Newtonian index of PA66/APP composites goes up with the increasing of temperature, and increases first then decreases with the increasing of APP content. The viscous flow activation energy of PA66/APP composites decreases first then increases with the increasing of APP content.
