石膏样小孢子菌致伪膜性阴囊癣1例

摘　　要：患者男,15岁。左侧阴囊白色附着物3天伴轻度瘙痒。刮取皮屑镜检见大量菌丝及孢子,培养见梭形分隔大分生孢子,鉴定为石膏样小孢子菌。诊断:伪膜性阴囊癣。经外用1%硝酸舍他康唑乳膏治疗2周后痊愈。A 15-year-old male had a history of slightly pruritic white paint,dot-like incrustations on the skin of his left scrotum for 3 days. Direct microscopic examination of the KOH preparation showed a large amount of septate hyphae and spores. The slide cultural showed the fusiform macroconidia. The pathogen was identified as Microsporum gypseum. The diagnosis of pseudomembrane-like tinea of scrotum was made. The rash was recovered by topical use of 1% econazole nitrate cream in 2 weeks.
