摘　　要：患者男,41岁。全身出绿色汗7d。患者就诊前发现自己身体上流出颜色是绿色的汗液,近3d来发现手指甲出现淡绿色,泪液、唾液等分泌物未见异常颜色。临床诊断:绿色色汗症。A 41-year-old male presented with green sweating all over the body for 7 days. The patient found that his body was sweating green sweat before diagnosis. In the past 3 days,the patient found fingernails appearing pale green,no abnormal coloer with his tears,saliva and other secretions. Clinical diagnosis of chromhidrosis with green sweat was made.
