摘　　要：目的观察308nm准分子光联合复方氟米松软膏治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的122例结节性痒疹患者按随机数字表法分为3组,治疗组(39例)予308nm准分子光每周照射2次,同时予复方氟米松软膏外用,2次/d。对照A组(39例)予复方氟米松软膏外用,2次/d。对照B组(41例)予308准分子光照射,方法同治疗组。3组患者疗程均为8周。结果治疗组有效率(89.74%)明显高于对照A组(58.97%)及对照B组(68.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应均较轻微。结论 308nm准分子光联合复方氟米松软膏治疗结节性痒疹安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of combined 308nm excimer light with compound flumetasone ointment for the treatment of prurigo nodularis.Methods One hundred of twenty-two cases of patients with prurigo nodularis were randomly divided into three groups according to the table of random numbers.The treatment group（n=39）were treated with 308nm excimer light irradiation 2 times a week,and with topical compound flumetasone ointment twice a day.The control group A（n=39）were treated with compound flumetasone ointment twice a day. The control group B（n=41）was treated with 308 excimer light. The course of treatment in the three groups were 8 weeks.Results The efficiency of treatment group（89.74%）was significantly higher than both the control group A（58.97%）and group B（68.29%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,adverse reactions were mild in all groups. Conclusion 308nm excimer laser combined with compound flumetasone ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of prurigo nodularis.
