硫辛酸联合阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察硫辛酸联合阿魏酸钠注射液治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的效果。方法:60例分为阴虚热盛组,湿热困脾组,气阴两虚血瘀脉络组各20例。3组均予以控制饮食、控制血糖、血压、阿魏酸钠、硫辛酸注射液治疗2周,比较3组中医证候临床疗效、治疗前后测定尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)。结果:3组中医临床证候与治疗前比较均有所改善,UAER降低(P<0.05),气阴两虚血瘀脉络组优于其他治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:硫辛酸联合阿魏酸钠能显著减少2型糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白的排泄率,更加适用于气阴两虚血瘀脉络型。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of sodium ferulate in combination with lipoic acid on type 2 diabetic nephropathy in early stage. Method： 60 patients were divided into three groups in random, 20 cases in syndrome of yin deficiency with internal excessive heat group, 20 cases in syndrome of humid heat distressing spleen group, 20 cases in syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis group, according to ＂ The guiding principle of clinical research of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetes＂ published in 2002. The three groups were treated with diet control, blood glucose control, blood pressure control and sodium ferulate in combination with lipoic acid. The course of treatment was two weeks. The urinary album in excretion rate （ UAER ） and TCM symptoms of the three groups were compared before and after the treatment. Result： The UAER of the three groups was decreased （ P〈0.05 ） . The UAER in the gourp of the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis was obviously superior to that of the other groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Sodium ferulate in combination with lipoic acid could decrease the excretion rate of microalbuminuria of diabetic nephropathy significantly, especially suitable for the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis.
