中药熏洗方用于肛周脓肿术后效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗方治疗高位肛周脓肿术后的临床疗效。方法:98例随机分为治疗组53例和对照组45例。治疗组术后采用中药熏洗方熏洗坐浴,对照组术后用1:5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴,比较两组术后疼痛、创面渗出及创面情况。结果:治疗组术后疼痛、创面渗出、创面恢复等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗坐浴能加快肛周脓肿术后创面恢复,抑制创面渗出、减轻术后疼痛。Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Herbal Fumigation Decoction in the treatment of postoperative high perianal abscess. Method： 98 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 53 cases in the treatment group and 45 cases in the control group. The treatment group patients were treated with sitz bath with self-made Herbal Fumigation Decoction while the control group were treated with sitz bath with 1：5000 potassium permanganate solution. And then, postoperative pain, wound exudation and wound recovery of the two groups was compared. Result： It showed that the treatment group were superior to the control group in the aspects of postoperative pain, wound exudation and wound recovery （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Sitz bath with herbal fumigation could accelerate wound recovery, inhibit wound exudation and reduce postoperative pain significantly after high perianal abscess surgery.
