摘  要:结合实际工程,就某中承式钢管混凝土拱桥C50微膨胀高性能混凝土配合比设计方法,研究了水灰比、膨胀剂类型及用量等因素对高性能微膨胀钢管混凝土的坍落度和扩展度、抗压强度、膨胀率、自生体积变形等性能的影响。结果表明,制备高性能混凝土试件均表现出良好的工作性能,坍落度均大于200 mm,具有良好的泵送性能和早强特性,试件膨胀率在32 d左右达到稳定,膨胀性能可控且稳定,膨胀剂不同对试件的膨胀率有一定的影响;试件的自生体积变形均为正值,试件早期的膨胀率增长较大,但是均在可控范围内;同时根据试验提出了C50钢管微膨胀混凝土的配合比,为进一步完善此类试验提供了参考依据。We have made the experiments on the mix proportion of C50 expansive concrete used in the steel tubular arch bridge com- bined with the practical engineering, Taking the advantage of high performance concrete mix proportion design method to study the water cement ratio, swelling agent types and dosage of high performance micro expansion the slump of concrete filled steel tubular degree and expansion, compressive strength and expansion rate, autogenous volume deformation performance.The results showed that the preparation of high performance concrete specimens showed a good performance, slump were greater than 200 mm, has good pump pumping perfor- mance and early strength characteristics, expanding rate at around 32 d stable, controllable performance and stable expansion, expansion a- gent and different specimens of the inflation rate has certain effect;test of autogenous volume deformation is positive, specimens of early expansion rate increased, hut were in the controllable range;at the same time was proposed based on the test of C50 steel tube micro ex- pansion concrete mix ratio, in order to further improve such experiments provides a reference basis.
