摘 要:油纸电容式套管是广泛应用的变压器出线套管形式之一。目前,运行人员主要依据预防性试验对套管绝缘状态进行评估,无法对运行中的套管局部放电进行检测和识别。在仿真研究升高座内部套管局部放电特高频信号传播特征的基础上,提出了基于特高频法的变压器升高座内套管局部放电非接触式带电检测与定位方法。首先仿真研究了套管升高座内部局部放电激发电磁波信号的传播路径和传播特性,明确了升高座内部特高频信号通过套管外侧油道传播至外部空间;然后,搭建了套管试验平台,开展了套管顶部悬浮放电和套管升高座内部均压环附近悬浮放电试验,验证了套管外部特高频检测局部放电的可行性;最后,通过4通道特高频天线阵列对放电源进行定位试验,证明了升高座内部局部放电特高频信号的辐射途径。结果表明,该方法可以实现升高座内部的套管局部放电的非接触式不停电检测,对提高变压器出线套管维护水平具有重要意义。Oil-impregnated paper(OIP) condenser bushings are widely used in power system. So far, as main measures for bushing insulation state evaluation, preventive tests cannot be applied to in-service bushings. In this paper, propagation of ultra high frequency(UHF) signals in ascending flanged base is revealed and a novel partial discharge(PD) detection and location method in ascending flanged base based on UHF signals is proposed. Firstly, a simulation model of OIP bushing was built. Propagation path and waveguide features are simulated. Then, a genuine OIP bushing platform was constructed and tests were carried out on it. The tests show feasibility of detecting PDs in ascending flanged base with UHF method. Finally, based on multichannel UHF system and time difference of arrival(TDOA) location method, propagation path was verified with locating tests. The research is of great help to detecting PDs in ascending flanged base with bushing in service. It would be an effective tour-inspection test method for online maintenance of bushings.
