摘  要:目的了解出院患者回访制度落实情况及存在问题,为下一步工作改进提供参考。方法电话调查、问卷调查。结果患者对回访制度高度认可,98.47%表示满意,强化了医护人员的主动服务意识,提升了服务品质。但也存在回访制度落实不全面,医生参与回访不多,未充分利用现代化信息手段进行回访等问题。结论医院应强化意识,完善出院患者回访相关措施;明确回访规范,加强工作评价;强化医生参与意识,提高回访品质等。Objective To investigate the implementation condition and problems of follow-up system for discharged patients, and to provide reference for further improvement.MethodsTelephone survey and questionnaire survey. ResultsA total of 98.47% of the patients were satisfied with the follow-up system, which enhanced the active service consciousness of the medical staff and improved the service quality. However, problems also existed which included incomplete implementation of the follow-up system, limited doctors participating, not full use of modern information means on follow-up. ConclusionHospital should strengthen the awareness, improve the relevant measures of patient’s follow-up; make clear the norms of follow-up, strengthen the work evaluation; strengthen the doctors' participation consciousness and improve the quality of follow-up.
