摘　　要：分析了西藏大学信息技术实验教学中心开放实验室现状和建设中存在的问题,对管理模式与组织机构进行改革,实行师生二级管理和项目依托为中心的管理模式,经过实践验证,新模式取得了较好的成效。Open laboratory is an important platform for the cultivation of college students＇ innovation ability. The construction management mode of open laboratory has great influence on the cultivation of college students＇ innovative ability. Therefore, it is necessary to research and evaluate the management of open laboratory and cultivate the college students＇ innovative ability. This paper analyzes the status quo, problems, management mode and organizational reform of the open laboratory of information technology experiment teaching center of Tibet University, and researches the effectiveness of the new mode of the secondary management between teachers and students ＆ the project support as the center analyzing the construction and reform plan of the laboratory and the corresponding measures. After the practice of Information Technology Experimental Teaching Center of Tibet University, the new mode has achieved good results.
